Online lessons are available via Zoom and FaceTime. I love teaching this way! It offers flexibility for students who live far away, or face challenges with scheduling and transportation. It offers a convenient way to meet if one of us is sick, but well enough to work on music for 30 minutes.

 

Zoom offers a great platform for interaction. We use screen sharing to work on music and theory. I always demonstrate difficult measures or passages of music to help students make corrections. I also  provide recordings to help students between lessons. We also use Boom Learning cards and Sproutbeat theory games  to reinforce concepts.
